    @BTCare It’s poor WiFi and no TV channels. It costs £120 for an engineer’s visits despite the fact that the monthly charge is so high. I accepted the package without realising aftercare was so costly.

    @BTCare I don't have it as i am at work!! Ive spent hours in the phone to BT the last free days to no avail and im not starting to get involved in tech support through fucking twitter
