    @Wheats_ @BTCare There bloody useless! I had to continually moan at them for a month!! Before anything was done when my broadband went down last year

    @sparky0001 @btsport No just the regular one. It's properly settled down for the second half which has been better! Chromecast is just being a pain in the arse now!

    @BTCare Had 3 scam calls in 2 days from someone claiming to be BT wanting control of our computer in order to fix a fault. Their number is 01967792060. Please investigate and take action.

    @BTCare Sometimes it flashes orange and sometimes stays blue. It’s wireless connection but nothing connected works...happens 4 - 5 times a week. This only started when we renewed our contract, never before. It’s been a lot slower too...

    @BTCare Hi, thanks for responding :D it's not a weird wireless adaptor it's actually pretty good and been using it for ages! If it was somethign wrong with that wouldn't it be constantly bad internet? I do get high upload through it.

    @BTCare Well BT ... it took 3weeks and one day for you to restore my Broadband connection!!! All I spoke to - helpful! BUT AWFUL COMMUNICATION AND ACTION. 22 days!!!!

    @BTCare I am aware of this ... but as I said in my contacts I will be making as much noise as possible. To show the public that BT don’t care about their customers .. and I will continue to do so until you sort out this issue.. so hold tight

    @PRaiology @bt_uk @BTCare There must be something like this already ? They seem to have no idea that in order to resolve an issue they need to take ownership not fob people off and redirect to endless different people / depts so you repeat yourself over and over but get nowhere
