    @btcare now your engineers have fixed 2 faults on the cables supplying my internet you can admit that ignoring my complaints for months deserves some compensation and my mobile data resetting to zero after it had to be all used at home when I had no service for 12 hours?

    @BTCare It’s not speed faults but I have repeatedly had conversations with yourselves on Twitter about my internet dropping out. You just told me there was nothing wrong. Fact that your engineer had to replace cable proves that there as and that I have had an unreliable service for years

    @JagerMouse @BTCare Have you managed to resolve it? I’m having issues with the HD channels on BBC. The TV, which takes the aerial lead from the YouView box, has no problems.

    @BTCare Customer in question is Margaret (Anne) Mackay of Inverasdale 01445 781218. Lost husbnd at Xmas 2 cancer, broken foot, no clue on tech, yr boys have pulled cable out of ground, just lying there, when she rings u told line is working, is reduced to tears. Pls sort it.

    @BTCare Fault reporting system on behalf of friends/neighbours is bonkers. U demand name of account holder, full add, a/c no. How can we do that? Rural location, her phone's not working. Your agent checked number, it's clearly faulty, in old days that's all you needed to know!

    As a @BTCare @bt_uk customer of 20+ years.. I'm absolutely fuming that they have arbitrarily deleted my BT email account... that, correct my if I'm wrong, but paying rather a lot for each month
