    @BTCare Will do. For info, if users report a static orange service light with a red light below it, then the fault is going to require Openreach straightaway. Service is coming in (60mbps recorded) but it is not decoding as it should. Engineer has had several of these already.

    @BTCare Hi Dale. Yes, new visit is booked, but that also means more time required off work. It used to be the case that Openreach would fix it in one visit, but as the engineer explained this is no longer the case. Sorry, but that is a terrible way to manage faults.

    Seems that @BTCare now effectively run a triage system for repairs - contract engineers can only repair certain things, but need a separate Openreach booking to fix the big issues. Not good.

    @BTCare Thanks. In this case, what constitutes as being "in contract"? I started a new one 3 years ago but have never renewed, so it's effectively rolling and my DD goes out every month. Would this be considered "in contract"?

    @BTCare If BT had said you will pay a minimum of £210 for this service regardless of whether you have the service or not that would be different. They didn’t. Missold.

    @BTCare I urge you- look at my file. Describing in tiny bursts is NOT doing it any justice! Every single person I have have dealt with at BT has broken a promise or failed to properly deal with the case. It really is beyond a joke. #SHAMBLES #JOKERS #BTwho

    @BTCare I was then assigned a case manager and promised I would have internet by 29th May. I didn’t. Then promised again for 11th June.. surprise surprise nothing. In the interim I was given Tyler as a case manager, what a joke that was? Obviously never checked his voicemails!

    @BTCare I actioned a home move in April to move house on 9th May, this failed. I called and was put on hold constantly and in fact through the HOURS I have spent wasted on the phone to people who don’t have a clue, 2x the call timed out and I never had the courtesy of a call back.

    @BTCare Well who knows? I’ve had an open complaint for about a month but haven’t heard a peep from my case manager (Who’s VM now says he has changed roles? But I was told on the phone today that he was my case manager? Another miss-communication I see?)
