    @BTCare @PrestburyParish @BT_Openreach @CEHighways @OpenreachGB This has now been reported Mr Clive Selley, CEO of BT Openreach, via direct email. The power of the internet. Ringing BT Openreach is pointless, you get web addresses and then they hang up. Good thing its a free number although its a complete waste of time. Now, BBC & Guardian

BT are doing themselves no favours here. if they really cared they’d be out to fix all these issues in Prestbury immediately. wait til the negative press wave hits .

    @BTCare No, thats your problem. Not mine. I’ve reported it to BT and Cheshire East Council approved the site license to @BT_Openreach , your subsidiary. Let me see i can find the BT CEO’s email address and The Guardians’ email address and generate some negative publicity out of this

I do pay council tax which covers maintaining the footpaths and roadways and when I see a telco ripping those up it definitely doesn’t sway me toward becoming a customer, thats for sure. Doesn’t mean I can’t have something to say.

    @BTCare I’ve already escalated the complaint. Faulty line, missed appointment today. Told me you’d rebooked one in on Saturday, luckily I called back and you hadn’t. I could have sat in all day again. New customers terrible impression already.

    @BTCare Whats their twitter handle ??? I don’t see the distinction. BT fronted up to the end of my road, dug up the footpath, shoved some cable in, covered it all back over and left a right mess. Its a BT brand problem. BT need to fix it. I’m not chasing your subsidiary companies.

    @BTCare Like most families, we use the Internet for more than work emails. Your service is not cheap and we've had constant issues with our connection dropping out. Not to mention the poor speed we receive

    @BTCare We can get better signal from next doors sky box, than on our own box. We have complained about this issue on multiple occasions and still nothing is corrected and we're still charged for hardly using the internet.
