@BTCare @PrestburyParish @BT_Openreach @CEHighways @OpenreachGB This has now been reported Mr Clive Selley, CEO of BT Openreach, via direct email. The power of the internet. Ringing BT Openreach is pointless, you get web addresses and then they hang up. Good thing its a free number although its a complete waste of time. Now, BBC & Guardian

  • Mr_Steve_Clarke
SteveClarke (@Mr_Steve_Clarke) reported from Macclesfield, England

    @BTCare @moondancemaria @PrestburyParish @BT_Openreach @CEHighways Waiting on @OpenreachGB to fix this

  • Mr_Steve_Clarke
SteveClarke (@Mr_Steve_Clarke) reported from Macclesfield, England

@moondancemaria @PrestburyParish @BTCare @BT_Openreach @CEHighways Eeks…I wouldn’t sign off on that at all Id make them do it properly as that will not withstand the weather. BT are doing themselves no favours here. if they really cared they’d be out to fix all these issues in Prestbury immediately. wait til the negative press wave hits .

  • Mr_Steve_Clarke
SteveClarke (@Mr_Steve_Clarke) reported from Macclesfield, England

@BTCare No, thats your problem. Not mine. I’ve reported it to BT and Cheshire East Council approved the site license to @BT_Openreach , your subsidiary. Let me see i can find the BT CEO’s email address and The Guardians’ email address and generate some negative publicity out of this

  • Mr_Steve_Clarke
SteveClarke (@Mr_Steve_Clarke) reported from Macclesfield, England

@BTCare Neither. Its not relevant to whether I am a customer. I live in this street and I want BT to fix it.

  • Mr_Steve_Clarke
SteveClarke (@Mr_Steve_Clarke) reported from Macclesfield, England

@BTCare @moondancemaria @PrestburyParish @BT_Openreach @CEHighways Nope. And that would matter because…???? I do pay council tax which covers maintaining the footpaths and roadways and when I see a telco ripping those up it definitely doesn’t sway me toward becoming a customer, thats for sure. Doesn’t mean I can’t have something to say.

  • Simmo0704
Paul Simpson (@Simmo0704) reported from Macclesfield, England

@BTCare I’ve already escalated the complaint. Faulty line, missed appointment today. Told me you’d rebooked one in on Saturday, luckily I called back and you hadn’t. I could have sat in all day again. New customers terrible impression already.

  • Mr_Steve_Clarke
SteveClarke (@Mr_Steve_Clarke) reported from Macclesfield, England

@BTCare Whats their twitter handle ??? I don’t see the distinction. BT fronted up to the end of my road, dug up the footpath, shoved some cable in, covered it all back over and left a right mess. Its a BT brand problem. BT need to fix it. I’m not chasing your subsidiary companies.

I want a service from @BTCare but you can't get OpenReach to even accept an order for A MONTH?!?! Rubbish service for a prospective customer

  • DrivingTorque
Ben Harrington (@DrivingTorque) reported from Macclesfield, England

@BTCare Just gets better. Rude @BTCare engineer calls wife today and doesn't bother calling back. Customer service? I think not. Shame @bt_uk

@BTCare is there still an issue with emails? Can’t get mine saying unread but they are not there

  • Lions_and_Bees
    Justin(LionsAndBees) (@Lions_and_Bees) reported

@adiharris13 @btsportfootball @mrjakehumphrey @RobbieSavage8 Mate, this is bang on. Offside is binary and literally the easiest thing to gauge with VAR. Can’t help thinking someone at BTSport dislikes it and showed bad graphics on purpose. Funnily enough I said his knee’s offside on the first graphicless freeze frame after the ball went in

  • viovarenza
    Vio Varenza (@viovarenza) reported

Hi @BTCare I'm your customer in btwifi with fon and have been member for 12 months. Why I can't access to wifi with fon since two days ago? It has connection but can't open the window for accessing log in.

  • staylor_27
    Stephen Taylor (@staylor_27) reported

@BTCare good customer service yesterday from your online chat support regarding an error on my latest bill. Refund confirmation email received this morning. Shows how modern customer service can work.

  • jane_padgham
    Jane Padgham (@jane_padgham) reported

@JA520W @btsport Yep. Call me old-fashioned, but it’s incredibly rude. I’ve cancelled my subscription as I only took it out for The Ashes (as explained to @btsport at the time), so wondering if this has affected all in a similar situation

  • justamusicprof
    Paula Higgins (@justamusicprof) reported

@BTCare @RedRector I agree. Problems with BTYahoo Mail have been ongoing for some time. Tonight PW not recognised and two requests for Pin reset via rescue email yield no result after 45 minutes.

  • roger_mabutt
    pembroke lane (@roger_mabutt) reported

@BTCare It was bad enough that I couldn't access my btyahoo mail through outlook but now btyahoo mail itself won't open and won't accept my sign in. Absolutely pathetic by BT. As usual.
