    @BTCare One of the reasons I left @bt_uk mobile was it’s unreliable service. Uses @EE network which despite what they say is very poor. @O2 much better

    @BTCare @Who_IsM Guys,your problem is,that when you capture some new customer it will takes just a few months,you will increase your prices and not only one times.I do blame the government,there is nothing done about nationwide investment into pure optic cable.This mess would never be happened!

    @BTCare Thank you Karl but I have already done that. They informed me that there had been a localised problem in our area which the engineers have fixed on Monday. We are still experiencing the same problem, poor connection in our home. Neighbours who are also on EE in same predicament

    @BTCare Hi guys, you asked me to report back if and when our issues with BT Broadband and BT Mobile were resolved. We have received and installed our new Infinity 5 hub which seems to have resolved our outage problems. Our mobile home connection remains unresolved

    @BTCare During the live chat I lost broadband service 3 times and was reconnected with 4 different operatives, the last a manager. The first said they would send email link for suggest mobile fixes but never received. Will not waste any more of my time

    @BTCare I have and I am waiting for a new broadband hub to be delivered. I have spoke to team re mobile but it seems it’s down to poor reception. Not impressed and will go back to 02

    @BTCare Getting rather fed up now, called you up numerous times, CB7 5BB, I have refreshed, I have reset, I have done everything, I like BT as a company but why does it keep dropping? 192.168.1.254 keeps saying Connected then goes to Disconnected. Shocking service.

    @BTCare hi, today I received a call to my landline it went something like this..."my broadband will be terminated from toady as the line is being compromised from California summer exchange. press 1 for BT support, or 2 for other provider." Is this from you?

    @BTCare Spoken to customer services now. Earliest fix date 29/05. What's p*ssed us off is there is no record of the call I made at 6am this morning, and he also fed us some other rubbish!
