    @BTCare I think you need to review your Policy on the unfair situation that you put your long standing loyal customers in, before you will book an engineer... that's the issue surely.

    @BTCare Your online assistant would not book an engineer until I accepted the charge terms. That puts your customer in a no choice situation in accepting an unfair contractual term.. to get a solution.

    Then @BTCare reviewed my package & gave me new contract to save me money. But now... i have no landline or broadband.. and surprise surprise... the issue is in my house. Worked okay for last 12 years before I queried my bill @bt_uk

    I should say I contacted BT to query why I was being charged for @btsport which was offered to me for free with broadband. Never watch it. Refunded me. Check your bills people @bt_uk @BTCare

    @BTCare New build property. Openreach attached ONT boxes and outside box to 4 other properties 2 weeks ago, missed mine and 2 neighbours. Was given yesterday as date property would be ready for service..no it wasnt..now given 17th aug. Meanwhile despite text confirming welfare case due

    @BTCare Rea was helpful on the phone but it still doesn’t solve the issue to be honest, why would it take 3 weeks and so many phone calls to just sort out a broadband and you view issue? I honestly think they are due some compensation because they are paying for something they can’t use?

    @BTCare Yes but having to take more time off work - not really great service given this error was to re-arrange one booked for Tuesday that BT never processed! Now had a fault for 3 weeks with no resolution, 1/4 of my speed and no end in sight (Then might even have to pay to fix it!)

    @BTCare That an Engineer appointment is required, and surprise surprise you won't offer a Saturday appointment. It may shock you to learn that most people are unavailable Monday to Friday!! At this point you are not providing the service I am charged £60 a month for, #BreachofContract!

    @BTCare The hub wasn't rebooted when I last lost service because there were no further problems. I assumed that the line had been cleared of the interference. In saying that, after the hub lights went back to blue, there's been no problems.

    @BTCare The engineer came but said that he couldn't help and that I needed to speak to customer service, I told him that was who had sent him, and asked if I could speak to his manager. He said he would tell his manager but that he doubted the manager would contact me. Ombudsmen time!

    @BTCare There was a problem a week or so and I did lose service. Phoned your customer service team and I was told that it was it was interference on the line. The person informed me that he would have the line, monitored for 48 hrs but if the service went down again to reboot the hub.

Their contract expires end of 2018 and the next term has been bought by a streaming service 'Eleven Sports'. They will be charging for PPV on top of subscription costs apparently. UFC just killed itself in the UK market. Bellator about to take over.
