    @btsport Why is your non HD coverage soooo poor? Have the best TV ever owned and the picture was better on my Mum and Dad’s Ferguson TV in the 80’s. You’re just taking the Mickey and broadcasting it badly to make people upgrade. I might but your broadband in my area doesn’t work!

    Shocking service from @btsport @bt_uk @BTCare . Cancelled in jan when we moved home and just seen been Bt still billing me. . Told no refund as I should have checked my bank . Even though they admit they have evidence of me cancelling a year ago.

    @BTCare BT promises that my new fiber service will be up and running by midnight on Friday. ITs now Saturday and no fiber broadband? Typical British customer service.

    Coming up for 2 months @BTCare for BT to attempt to put this order on and get an engineer out ( order cancelled for no reason I can understand ) how many more broken promises from BT that the job had been done

    @BTCare Getting rather fed up now, called you up numerous times, CB7 5BB, I have refreshed, I have reset, I have done everything, I like BT as a company but why does it keep dropping? 192.168.1.254 keeps saying Connected then goes to Disconnected. Shocking service.

    @BTCare I mean your customer service advisors do not understand English. You need to go back to school. I placed and order on the 10th April that is still not yet complete.

    @BTCare hi, today I received a call to my landline it went something like this..."my broadband will be terminated from toady as the line is being compromised from California summer exchange. press 1 for BT support, or 2 for other provider." Is this from you?

    @BTCare Spoken to customer services now. Earliest fix date 29/05. What's p*ssed us off is there is no record of the call I made at 6am this morning, and he also fed us some other rubbish!

    @BTCare Apparently they needed more time. It was the communication that was the problem then making us wait another 16 days with no explanation. Not a great impression for a new customer.
