    @BTCare How very convient!! Just don’t understand how the service can be ok but there is no broadband in the house. If you were in my position would you be confused?

    @BTCare Has there been a problem affecting Caithness in the north Highlands? Many people seem to be offline and phones down over last 24 hours.

    @BTCare So presumably as BT can’t provide a reasonable service I am free to cancel the contact with immediate effect and have no penalties? I think if I cancel the broadband the phone contract will also be cancelled.

    @BTCare You can only assist me with placing an order to become a bt customer, including confirming I can get it problem free at my address, if I am already at customer? Are you taking the piss?

    Dear @Ofcom , my e-mail address has mistakenly been added to @BTCare 's spam filter, which means I am unable to contact my landlady, who is a BT customer. I have been contacting them for weeks now, but they keep ignoring me. Any advice please?
