    @BTCare Been having issues with the speed and connectivity for over a week now, never previously had a problem with our smart TVs but they keep losing Wi-fi connection as does my wife’s iPhone and sons iPad. Need some answers

    @BTCare According to your fault checker, none. According to my router, it simply doesn’t work. On and off for a year, same problem before that at a different address. Last 3 days have been off through the day, on at night. Pointless when I’m working.

    @bathrugby @btsport Game marred by the tv cable holding chap first half refusing to kneel down so blocking play for us in front row. Very annoying as the view of the screen is so poor too. & have we decided not to bother mending the east stand tannoy? Good to get a point tho.

    @ThePaulLaidlaw @bt_uk @BTCare I rang BT with a problem & when the 'helpline' couldn't find the problem & didn't want to try any longer, they asked me for my mobile no. & then (I'm guessing) rang my mobile from my landline no. & sent them into a loop, leaving me hanging on like a fool. That was impressive.

    @BTCare Yes but none of this is my fault is it ? Your engineer ran away (only way I can describe it) yesterday for unfathomable reasons leaving me with cables hanging off the building and a broadband service I am paying for that I cannot fully use
