    @btbusinesscare No. 4 days ago I spent 40 minutes on the phone with the Tech guys . Unfortunately I’ve got deliveries so can’t afford the time, I lost 4 hours last time it was down. Please make sure this is marked on our BT Business account as the 4th time this month it’s failed to work please

    @BTCare Hey. Little confused! According to the ultrafast website it advises Ultrafast 1 is available for my house - yet when I try to upgrade my broadband it only offers Infinity 2 (which I’ve already got). Can you help, or can I email you to clarify? Thanks.

    @mrjakehumphrey @btsport Ridiculous kick off time at 1945 for travelling fans. Poor weather forecast in Sheffield means can’t get to match as don’t want to risk driving across Peak District & no trains after match! Is BT going to reimburse our tickets?

    @BTCare @moneysavingsxpt On top of that not only have BT charged me a cancellation me they have charged me for 30 days service notice after cutting me off despite me already serving my 30 days notice! This is quite unbelievable!!

    @JoeSalter89 @btsport @SkySportsPL I'm voting for the reverse. HD isn't extra for BT on my virgin package but Sky HD is. There can't be many people with a sports package without an HD TV so I'm not sure why non-HD is the default service. Rant over. Apologies.

    @BTCare @MoneySavingExp -thought would share as can’t be fair! Got price increase letter from BT which said call within 30 days of letter receipt to cancel. Letter dated Dec 17 (no day). Called today to cancel and told 30 days up! Letter receipt mid Dec-BT say not! Another fight with BT!

    @BTCare - so get a letter informing price increase which says call within 30 days of letter receipt if want to cancel. Call within 30 days and told the date should have called by! Apparently BT hand deliver letters (sarcasm)! Now to complaints procedure again....! Tired of BT!!

    @BTCare Fault reporting system on behalf of friends/neighbours is bonkers. U demand name of account holder, full add, a/c no. How can we do that? Rural location, her phone's not working. Your agent checked number, it's clearly faulty, in old days that's all you needed to know!
