    @BTCare Well that's the $64000 question isn't it, at least double 10 I've never been able to receive speeds over 28 even though I paid for up to 76 for years 100% I was told up to 38 put obviously took that with a pinch of salt.... What's next?

    @BTCare my internet connection has been appalling all weekend! Weirdly since I continued my service for another year the connection has been rubbish

    @BTCare I’ve been a bt customer for decades. I’ve decided to give up on BT. I can’t get Wi-fi connection to my devices in the same room as my router hub 6. I used to get a good connection. I don’t have any extra devices. I’ve not got any help only told Wi-fi not guaranteed

    @JagerMouse @BTCare Have you managed to resolve it? I’m having issues with the HD channels on BBC. The TV, which takes the aerial lead from the YouView box, has no problems.

    @BTCare Customer in question is Margaret (Anne) Mackay of Inverasdale 01445 781218. Lost husbnd at Xmas 2 cancer, broken foot, no clue on tech, yr boys have pulled cable out of ground, just lying there, when she rings u told line is working, is reduced to tears. Pls sort it.

    @BTCare Fault reporting system on behalf of friends/neighbours is bonkers. U demand name of account holder, full add, a/c no. How can we do that? Rural location, her phone's not working. Your agent checked number, it's clearly faulty, in old days that's all you needed to know!

    As a @BTCare @bt_uk customer of 20+ years.. I'm absolutely fuming that they have arbitrarily deleted my BT email account... that, correct my if I'm wrong, but paying rather a lot for each month

    @BTCare internet worked great for months and now not enough bandwidth to stream TV? Sigh. Guess we've reached the point where you slow us down to get us to 'upgrade'
