    @BTCare Seems all fine through that link, router lights blue, but not responding: really weird (doing this over 4G). Never known this before..

    @BTCare Hi Kelly. I have changed the name but it doesnt show up when im using another device to connect. Any old devices i have will connect with issues but when using anothet device like a new one the ssid is not showing. Even if i manually find the wifi it wont connect.

    @BTCare The person who lived here before had the service as we still get her post.they have told us is something to do with the postcode being changed the fact we’ve taken 2 days off work for nothing is not acceptable

    What on earth is going on with email login @btcare? Suddenly, being asked to sign in again every couple of minutes, incredibly annoying in itself, but the pop-up sign-in screen keeps disappearing when you click on it, and you have to open a new tab to get back into email account.

    @BTCare Slow speeds making it impossible to use, cutting off. We requested an engineer and the appointment was cancelled! Keep getting told different things every time we ring up.

    @BTCare Already an existing customer who has been paying for fibre and I'm simply asking what the minimum speed should be for someone you are charging for fibre should be receiving. Otherwise would I be better switching to broadband?

    No phone or broadband service for past week, cabling snapped and not repaired. Service provider is @bt_uk @BTCare and nothing is being done to repair it. I’m a small business that is dependent on a connection and especially at this time of year.
