    @BTCare It’s been confirmed as a problem ‘near’ the property. With no landline, no internet and poor reception it is very hard to confirm things ourselves. @bt_uk taking so long and trying to add costs does not help.

    @BTCare I've had my frustration appreciated by about a billion of your bt advisors, it hasnt got me any further as to why we can't have our internet or phone line fitted, it's not good enough, I thought sky's service was bad, but bt wins hands down, and we have no choice but to use you

    @BTCare Went through all of the requirements of the test and it seems to have fixed the issue. Back up to 40 Mbps on wi-fi. Thanks for your help!

    @BTCare Hi Dee we are connected wirelessly, using a 1 year old smart TV. We have tried turning all other devices onto airplane mode but it doesnt help. We have run tests and are getting under 10MBPS download
