@BTCare once again you have let me down... 6 weeks now waiting for broadband. Text this morning saying it was activated, I call up “I’m sorry sir, we forgot to dispatch your hub”... pathetic

@BTCare Using a MacBook Air and don’t have my ethernet adaptor to hand ... this test will have to wait ... in a new apartment I have never experienced such bad speed. The contract is coming to a close in March .. time to start shopping around methinks!

Speaking to customer services @BTCare trying to understand my current charges and the agent can only quote higher and higher prices. Just under £50 a month for broadband and minimal TV entertainment seems extortionate to me.

@BTCare Your support agent I was chatting to online called me, asked me to restart my laptop (thus ending chat) and then said they’d run a few tests and ended the call. I’m not impressed, do I need to start the process again? Third fault raised in seven days - dreadful service.

@BTCare Just tried to get costs reduced on my mother's service now my father has passed away and she's on her own. You didn't really go out of your way to help someone who was a lifelong customer at 80 years age. Someone else will get her business.

@gj2711 @MotoGPJules It’s what they charge each other that’s the problem, can pick up sky tv + sports for under 40, but bt will charge minimum 25.99 to add btsport package via sky box

@BTCare 3 weeks with no broadband. Spent an age doing online checks. Spent an age on the phone to Cardiff ‘support’ team. Promised a new Hub 10 days ago. Told Hub had arrived last Wednesday. Then told on Friday hadn’t been dispatched. ‘Will send first class though’. Still no Hub.
