@BTCare Nope - finally managed to speak to someone but to no avail - engineer booked (but not until Saturday) with threat of £120 odd charge which given how much we pay for “service” is poor - what happened to customer service?

@btsport Graham Poll said you can't make contact with a keeper if their feet are off the ground. The problem with that rule is that when a keeper is involved directly with play, their feet are mostly off the ground either jumping or diving. Sounds like a rule for Netball.
