Is BT (British Telecom) having an outage in Walsall, West Midlands, England?

@BTCare Reported slow broadband last week. Engineer booked for today (not sure if cancelled) - had call to say error had been found on line-

For anyone watching @btsport just now after the #FACup game...what Graham Poll just said is absolutely garbage. There is nothing in the Laws of The Game which talk about a goalkeeper inside his own 6 yard box. He's just made that up. @btsportfootball this is awful! Replace him!

@BTCare Nope - finally managed to speak to someone but to no avail - engineer booked (but not until Saturday) with threat of £120 odd charge which given how much we pay for “service” is poor - what happened to customer service?

And as far as people saying that only ‘big clubs’ get these decisions but if this was reversed then they wouldn’t be giving anywhere near as much of a shit about it post match; they want the smaller clubs to go through #FACup #btsport

@BTCare getting sound issues - Watching BT Sport and Eurosport all day and intermittent sound. Cutting out for a second every 20 seconds or so

@btsport Graham Poll said you can't make contact with a keeper if their feet are off the ground. The problem with that rule is that when a keeper is involved directly with play, their feet are mostly off the ground either jumping or diving. Sounds like a rule for Netball.
