    Happy to say that I have now calmed down after my rant at @BTCare - my broadband fault is expected to be fixed in 4 days but my complaint re: their diagnostic processes has been lodged. Enjoying the sunshine before the cold snap arrives. #happyfriday

    @BTCare @Ofcom You customer care team have suggested that it is generic wording. Also incorrect. The issue here is that your system said there was no fault when Speed Claim selected but found fault when Soeed Claim was not selected. This preys in the insecurities of the old & less well off

    @BTCare @Ofcom Immediately that there was no fault outside of my house and that I could be charged £130 to fix the fault at my property. As you have had an existing fault locally I ran the same diagnostic checks on your system again. This time selecting NO when asked …

    @BTCare Fault (issue is with your equipment) logged & expected to be fixed in 4 days (after 3 days of issues) - however your fault diagnosis is shocking and preys on the poor & vunerable. I will be contacting @Ofcom & your head of customer services

    Day 3 with no @BTCare broadband. 2 days of its our problem now the online support checks say it’s my problem. Oh I don’t think so

    @btsport sometimes you are so amateurish! Bad enough my original recording of the frampton fight ends early. Then I record the replay only for you to have the sports headlines on the screen announcing the fight result! Like your hardware your second rate at times.

    @BTCare Sadly, I’ve had to miss tonight’s @NBA #warriors game because @bt_uk are utterly useless (having spent hours trying to reach them to reconnect me to @btsport) if this is how to treat loyal customers I seriously wonder how you’re still in business

    @BTCare Still an ongoing problem. Nobody’s called for weeks now, collected or sapped test equipment. If you ignore us does that make the problem go away from a BT perspective ? It doesn’t make our service any better I know that much !!#btdontcare

    @BTCare my family pay 50£ a month for good speeds.tell me why I get 20 down and about 5 up when I am supposed to get 60down and 10 up. Plus I keep getting lag spikes
