    @BTCare Contractors for another company have cut through our phone line. They say they have spoken to you guys about getting this sorted yet you can't confirm when you will come out and fix the issue? Is there a local number to ring?

    @BTCare Already an existing customer who has been paying for fibre and I'm simply asking what the minimum speed should be for someone you are charging for fibre should be receiving. Otherwise would I be better switching to broadband?

    No phone or broadband service for past week, cabling snapped and not repaired. Service provider is @bt_uk @BTCare and nothing is being done to repair it. I’m a small business that is dependent on a connection and especially at this time of year.

    @BTCare still no joy! Your error and now I'm told no engineer till the 3rd Jan. Teenagers coming home for Christmas no tv or broadband!!!! How poor can one company be?

    @BTCare @Microchi Normally I'm told there are not, though this time it seems there is a network outage and Im told and engineer was called last night to fix it.

    @BTCare Appalling service! After your error no engineer till 3rd January and no compensation! I swapped from Sky to you and I'm disgusted that I'll have no tv or broadband over Christmas!
