Hi @EE, I’ve been attempting to upgrade my phone for several weeks but I keep getting ‘Sorry, there has been a problem validating your data’. It’s really putting me off and I’m tempted to switch to Sky after 16 years.

@foolhandy @EE Yeah it’s always a shame when providers drop services. Fair enough. Well, fingers crossed you’ll have full fibre soon. I’m still waiting and likely won’t have it till December 2026 according to Openreach. At least I’m getting around 57meg with BT currently so not bad at all
