    Its so frustrating dealing with @EE upgrade process. You never seem to get a genuine deal. When i upgrade with @O2 the process is so smooth and stress free and i walk away being a happy customer. @EE don't seem to value long standing customers 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Phoned the bank to cancel as they said there was no error and it went through. How do I request my PAC code? Going to go to the @EE store today and switch to them because this is the final straw, I am sick of the constant problems with Three.

    @EE When I did my standard upgrade recently I traded in my old iPhone 11 and paid £30 to get a total of £15 off per month of my bill bringing it down to £70 per month. But I look on My EE and it says £85 per month still. Please help/advise.
