@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE Hello there, my mum has £37.20 credit available on her phone (07908038625) which she wants to use towards an EE pack (Minutes, data & texts) My mum and I have have rang 150 and it just takes you around in a circle and it’s very frustrating. Please help with this issue. Ross

@EE I never realised how much #ee don’t give a crap about it’s customers. Prove me wrong @ee even though my broadband is dire I won’t be renewing my mobile internet with you in December. Id rather have none. Same next October when I can get out of my phone contract.

@nigel_short @EE Swapped the sim into my work phone and sent an MMS. It sent no problems. Tried sending MMS from *my* phone with the work sim card in it and it wouldn't send. The phone/phone set up is the issue.
