@EE It goes from bad to worse!!!! Just waited 10 mins to be served in Sainsburys Emersons green only to be ignored and the guy jumps to the young lad who just walked in. On way to O2. Highly advise to stay away from EE folks!

@Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

@EE has anyone from #EE ever travelled from Bristol to Manchester by train and experienced quite the worst connectivity I have ever seen in the UK - not even 3G for the majority of the journey! Looking forward to @Blu_Wireless providing #5G powered trackside Wifi in future.

@O2 can’t believe you Discriminate against people with learning disabilities. I can’t drive ever so no need for d/licence and to scared to travel abroad so no passport. I was a loyal customer that will be joining @EE as they happy to help

@EE Ok, but the recurring problem is that the internet speeds seems to go down so we still hay wifi in the router room, but the extenders we have disconnect regularly. This has been happening often in last week. Can you check if service has been affected in KT1 area?

@EE No signal for over 5 months. There has been on going issues since November 2020 in my area. I cannot receive calls or texts messages due to signal issues. I would like someone to contact me to discuss refund as I’m paying for a contract which doesn’t work.

@EE They replaced the router; no help though. I’m convinced it’s a poor BT copper line install, which just cuts off the broadband regularly. We have fibre running in our front lawn which is the frustration. @WeAreOpenreach refuse to connect us as we’re not a ‘community project’.

@ShaunClarke04 @EE charging of your phone is covered by them. if you're using up too much data they will alert you to stop watching Netflix so much. if you're not using all your data, they will tell you that you can save money by going down to a cheaper plan which you can do at any time.
