    @EE can 5G be blocked from your iPhone as every time I get a 5G signal, regardless of whether there are full bars or 1 bar signal strength it always egg times and will not load any internet, no matter where I’m located? Absolute waste 5G

    @EE all of a sudden 5g has stopped showing on my iPhone in 5g areas I have reset my network settings but still can only get 4g any idea? Will a replacement sim work?

    @EE @Plusnet Of course @EE signal checker suggests that all is well and I should get excellent service even in a building. They couldn't be more wrong. Hell, it's patchy at best even outside.

    @EE Hi, an update for you. I’ve managed to make a payment but I had to do it on my laptop, it still won’t work from my phone as it won’t take me to the bank’s confirmation page. Don’t know if that helps you pinpoint the problem. Please fix it before I need to top up again in 9 weeks!

    @O2 is actually embarrassing with their customer service. Totally regret swapping from @EE to them.
