@EE Just wondering when service might resume in North Creake, Norfolk? Been on emergency calls only mostly since 10am yesterday! This is the longest outage I've known here. If it weren't for having WiFi at home I'd be screwed. Fakenham in Norfolk also no signal!

Days since @ee did £700 damage to my phone: 18 Total time spent dealing with this so far: 14 hours 33 min in 34 separate interactions (6hr 11min with customer service, 8hr 22 in EE shop, writing emails, chasing DPD drivers) @MarcAllera

And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡
