@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

@EE What would be the point? I have spent hours on the phone to EE and all that's happened is I have been given dates that have never been stuck too I would be more productive to stare at a wall for 12 hours than ask EE for help At least the wall won't lie to you
@EE Hey EE - don't you reply to emails? Are customer service still at home for Covid?
@EE @EE So the signal box is being switched off around 30th June 2022. That's the only signal we have with our three phones. Admittedly one spot in the house where we can get a signal if we hang out of the window. Take it I can switch networks without contract penalties.

@EE I was at Wembley on Saturday saw EE sponsored them so though I would get access to Wi-Fi as I’m a customer, I was wrong no access to Wi-Fi so why not ?
@EE Hi team. I received a text from EE last week advising there would be disruption to the network in Wandsworth. Can you advise how long until this is resolved? Been having issues making and receiving calls the past few days.

@EE you're customer service is absolutely atrocious for people with disabilities, your company is abelist, disregarding of people's conditions and left with unnecessary stress and torment for months. Your company is a joke, just like your service assistants.
@seatzie Oh that’s amazing. I’m pay 22 for sim only on three but it does not work. I never have reception. I fancy @EE as they seem to always be good at festivals etc.
@EE I have been treated like garbage by your company! Whether on purpose or via sheer incompetence, I can not tell, But what I do know is that EE are completely incapable of performing even the simplest of tasks All I wanted was to upgrade my fibre package
