Well it was a good try but @EE refuse to provide a reliable internet service -_- If its back up later we'll pick up again but if no we'll try tomorrow! Sorry guys!

@EE your app crashes at log in each time after upgrading to the S21. I can see from the Google Play Store that this is happening for lots of people so obviously an app issue.

@EE how long does it take to resolve a technical query!! waiting since 12th January, all I get is text messages every few days “Hi, we are still investigating your issue” no call backs I still don’t have access to my account & can’t gift data on a family plan! #shocking service!

@EE My Apple Watch now says I have no data plan with EE. When I tried to select it under the Watch it says it’s not compatible with my Watch all of a sudden? Called 150 and recorded message says no one is available to help fix?

@EE I'm guessing you are aware of a problem with your internet service it went down about half hour ago, many people are having trouble
