Seriously @EE your fibre internet is absolute trash... how can server ping get to 800ms? You jokers have been having this issue on and off for over 3 weeks now. Any random time of day and suddenly any online gaming is impossible.

@EE Monday I was told it was a server problem and would be fixed in a couple of hours. Tuesday I was told EE don't know what the problem is (many others affected too) and so it may not be fixed for weeks!

@EE order of new sim still not arrived after 3 weeks, can’t contact your call centre as you insist on a mobile number (stupid) or ask me to call 150 (even stupider) which I obviously can’t. Was a PAC order too so it’s a bit of a disaster. Can you advise how to resolve.

@Plusnet I'm thinking of switching to PlusNet Mobile from @EE but I hear there's no support for 'Short Code' numbers. Does this mean you just can't SEND texts to short code numbers or can you not receive from them either? I often get verification codes from these numbers.
