Once again really please with @EE going above and beyond for me. After my company shut for the virus 4 weeks ago we didn't get paid for 2 weeks, meaning I missed my payment date Their awesome customer service lady refunded the charges for me Thank you 👏

@EE Just use it at home, but because I live in shared accommodation I can't get a full broadband contract so this offered a good easy solution, but just not a long term one. 😔

@EE i am currently abroad in the USA and my roaming isnt working. Showing no service. I have tried to toggle the setting on but it says it cant be done. I cant call EE as I have no service. Can you help?

@EE Wi-Fi is with EE too and I’d say we’ve been having Wi-Fi issues for two weeks or so now and now my phone signal is away too. I had pretty much no connection yesterday

@EE an absolute trying to get someone on a phone to discuss my bill. Looks like it’s time to find a provider who actually provide customer service.
