@EE Hi, I would like to cancel my broadband contract. Is there a way to do this online? Thanks
@EE Wi-Fi is with EE too and I’d say we’ve been having Wi-Fi issues for two weeks or so now and now my phone signal is away too. I had pretty much no connection yesterday
@EE fantastic customer service il go to @VodafoneUK instead at least they answer phones and messages.
@VodafoneUK your chat assistance last night were professional and helpful, Lewis this morning the exact opposite, lovely that you go back on your word within 24hours to a 25+ years customer, @EE you are about to get a new customer
@EE an absolute trying to get someone on a phone to discuss my bill. Looks like it’s time to find a provider who actually provide customer service.
@EE is there a network issue in the DH2 area. Very sporadic signal since 3pm yesterday. My wife’s phone is the same and my brother who lives near by is having issues too!!
@EE Thabk you for getting back to me, I know atm only 1 network offers but will it eventually be something that may be offered, as I do prefer huawei phones and that over other, even with the US ban I've stuck with and want to carry on
@BootstrapCook @terryandrob @EE (worth noting this it true of all mobile phone network providers) 4/n
@BootstrapCook @terryandrob Same for phone contracts. @EE sim only offers - 1gb for £14/month - 200gb for £23/month (12p/gb) - unlimited data £35/month It's a great deal if you have £35 a month, but if you are on a low budget then you are only offered terrible value for money. 3/n
@EE Poor, a lot of loading times, buffering.
