@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

Been an @EE customer for a decade and I got a letter today saying my bill will increase by £14.05 a month and it's an absolute disgrace with no proper explanation. Jumping on the energy bandwagon I guess. I will not buy another service from you as long as I live. Disgusting!

Sick of @EE USELESS customer service staff! I want a phone unlocked that I had on contract with them for years and it’s taking months of back and fourth and it’s still not sorted 🙄 Not like it’s my legal rights or anything eh lads

@EE Yes. Didn’t want to know full details. Was rude and patronising and Woujd not uphold previous advisor’s offers! So much fir customer loyalty. Going to out my account in every public platform I can find and hopefully put customers off joining EE! @

Hey @ThreeUK when I signed up to your All-you-can-eat data plan I didn't realise you signed up to an Eat-all-of-my-time plan with your really poor/inconsistent network speeds, e.g. often <200Kb/sec at the same location @EE is well over 10Mb a sec ...

.@EE's insistence on breaking the law by refusing to let me exercise a legal right to exit my contract after their higher-than-inflation price hike is... interesting, to say the least. Guess I'll cancel my direct debit and see what @Ofcom and @OmbudServices have to say to them🤷
