@EE the time before. I asked EE to reimburse me for the cost of a local sim, (please see notes on my account). They made an offer but not the full amount, conversation with EE about that aspect very unsatisfactory, will result in me leaving EE after many years as a happy customer.

@EE Hi Ashleigh I'm back home in UK now. The problem is that my EE handset has failed to connect with local networks, this is the second time. I have spent a couple of hours with tech support since I got home and noone can figure out the problem, which is exactly what happened

@EE hi the app no longer shows boosts or usage. I've re-installed it without effect. Online chat said it's a known problem but your Google app person says you'll sort it

@ee I’m heading to the European Union - and I’m a customer of yours, is there a package I can get for a week or so to not overspend / go over ? A package that will allow me my internet and so on? Or is that already part of my contract. Please do advise.

@EE To be clear: the problem is the tower. 4g on phone is also dreadful, and neighbours have the same issue. So it's not my router/ my house, it's the tower that's down and it reeeeally needs properly sorting pls.

@EE We get service via a 4gee router. There's an engineer booked for the 13th, but that's ages away and we've been having problems since September. Really need someone to pop round and fix it sooner, if possible, it's unbearable.

@EE i've been with EE for many years and the upgrades are absolutely shocking for loyal customers.I appreciated the help of the staff member this morning. From looking on other websites they have got better deals so after 10+ plus years of loyalty I will be going elsewhere.
