Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@jennifer2142 @EE My area doesn’t get a decent signal from any provider - you would think I live in the middle of nowhere but no I live at the edge of a town! I can get a signal perfectly if I drive a few minutes away so I also rely on WI-FI calling , but my WIFI is also shocking.

@PatMurray000 @EE have emailed to tell me my bill is going up by 14% It seems the consumer is being sucked dry as different service providers exceed previous profit margins making record profits. This makes no sense but makes me very angry and very skint!!

@EE I have glaxay fold 3 and my inner screen has a ********* line down the fold screen. And the right hand side of the screen is unresponsive to touch. I went to a store which they sent the phone off for repair..

@newusernamemate @EE Well that's me looking for a new network.. people are finding hard to pay for electricity and gas bill, now top that off with your own phone bill. Ridiculous !

@EE I spoke to someone and your solution was use something like WeAre8 or airtime rewards. So use a Cashback sight. Not actually help me reduce my bill. Appealing!
