Just come off the phone to @EE spoke to Karen in a Scottish call centre... she did tell me the name of the office but I’ve forgotten... absolute bloody pleasure talking to Karen wish there was a way you could track her down she deserves a pay rise lol !! #ee

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE does my employer have to give me a pay rise of 2.7% every year because the RPI say so..No..do you have to implement these rises.. No but you do because you can..you have 30 million + plus customers with an average rise of roughly £1 p/m per customer that’s another £360 mill..

@EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

@EE thanks for saying there is nothing wrong with my mums phone, although she can't text, receive calls or phone out. But you still charging her the monthly bill. Always a good thing when she is my carer and the hospital can't contact her. #EE #shit

Useful that @EE @bt_uk give us the big explainer for the 3.9% CI increase, sob story, cost of business etc .. consumers aren’t afforded the same allowances, first world problems for sure #CostOfLivingCrisis not because of #strikes or #immigrants 100% govt Useless!

@EE when will Thurston have mobile access restored. I know the old mast had to be decommissioned at the end of March but the signal on the Ip31 area is now shocking Please tell me the new mast will be 5g

@EE @MarcAllera The agent I spoke to Basically told me no matter who I contact he has final say.Despite explainin where I was let down&mislead he didn’t care he just said well tough as he apologized. Wen called he seem annoyed as I wanted to speak on phone as if I was a burden&wasting his time

@EE how can I speak to a real human concerning my terrible signal problem please?The new system on 150 tells me there isn't an issue on my line currently.that's because I have to go to an area that I can ACTUALLY GET A SIGNAL to be able to call/get online in the 1st place.
