    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @Junction10 @EE Good luck with that. I left EE after a customer service rep had a go at me for cutting his call, even though I don’t have control of his switchboard. I was getting no signal and out internet sucked despite being in a “good” location.

    @EE I pay £16 a month, for unlimited data and that includes 5G and yea unlimited hotspot. I never had issue with signal, not sure how it can be faster. I have 900mb at work, and around 400mb at home 👍🏻.. I would recommend anyone to test network with 14 days before sticking with them

    Awful @EE service in regards to the @PlayStation addon I purchased yesterday. Processed my order, took £10 upfront, received a confirmation email only to be told there is no stock after I called them and no restock for A MONTH. Lost faith in @EE and will moving my next contract.

    Any idea if you’re ever going to improve the mobile signal in my home area @EE ? I’ve waited twelve hours for a support call from Apple and they couldn’t hear a word I was saying on two attempts to call me because of poor quality calls breaking up.

    @EE Thank you for your help! I’m getting mixed messages, online chat says I can downgrade from today (3rd September) but when I call I’m getting told to call back on the 19th September. I don’t think people want to help me on this matter as I’ve been a customer for many years.
