Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

Watch out for Number Spoofing. Just been a victim to it. They use your number to call others. Or will use someone’s active number to call you. Maybe a bot that is able to masquerade as your number. Posting here incase it helps. I reported it to my network provider. @EE …

@EE 1/2 @EE today I really regret being your customer. Two weeks ago I brought my tablet to repair with battery fault, today I took it back but..... with not working SD card slot. The store manager was rude and constantly repeated that he can do nothing but book another repair. It
