EE Outage in Coseley, Dudley, England

@EE can you please help me understand what's happened to my new phone? According to the dpd tracker, the parcel was refused at Birmingham and it's on its way back to you. However, my plan has been updated and I am being charged my new contract fee.

@EE Been a customer since 2010. Been offered an upgrade but need to pay £40 upfront. Utter joke!

@EE I’ve signed up for broadband with you guys which says it’s going to be activated today but I can’t login to my account and I haven’t received any emails or calls. I’m so confused!

@EE the signal i get from you is terrible, 5G barely works when i have it, slow as anything and 4G is constantly slow most of the time

@charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...

@EE Please tell me your record your calls. As I’ve just spoke to one of your agents who called me hostile, simply for disagreeing with her my Apple Watch issue is coz of EE and not apple. I’m now cancelling as a result

@EE I ordered an upgrade for my phone last Saturday and it said usual despatch within 7 days. It’s been 8 days and I’ve had no phone and no update. I sent a DM yesterday afternoon and have not had a reply. Can you help?

@EE why is it that I have a brand new phone, 5g and connected to he train WiFi and STILL can't stream videos 🤔 best coverage network? I think not

How long before the @EE app is put right been down for a long time now

@groomtings My sky's down but @SkyHelpTeam swear blind it's fine. Intermittent data through @EE but can't send messages or make calls.

@EE Unable to make phone calls as there’s a reported outrage in my area, (MK13) in Milton Keynes. This has been on going all. Unable to pnone EE as the call cuts out. How long will this issue last and are engineers working on the problem?

Non fibre broadband area, so reliant on ADSL via @SkyHelpTeam (crap at best) & 4g from @ThreeUKSupport which has been utterly shite for days. Neighbour has gone with @EE for poss faster 4g so waiting on their results. If good it’ll be “goodbye 3” for both broadband & 2x mobiles.

@EE How do I get a letter of deadlock from EE ? Iam going to the Ombudsman. Fed up with the dreadful service.

@EE is there anyway I can turn off 5G on my plan? Whenever I go into a 5G area everything takes an age to load. No problems on network checker either.

@markycoghlan @EE They don’t care! I literally escalated this to the top. I have no 4G and signal at home for almost 2 weeks now! Honestly, Yakut to ombudsman they are trying to scam people

@paulmcbride4 @EE I was with EE since before they became EE. I am filing complaint with ombudsman and also if it’s not resolved I am taking the to court for financial loss I am facing.

@EE sort your network out in Brentwood, it’s ridiculous, this has been going on for 2 years now & there’s still no resolution, my contract is nearly £100 per month & I can’t even use my phone for the simplest of functions to make & receive calls. This is effecting my business 🤬
