    Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

    @EE I’m trying to unlock an Huawei P30 lite that I got from yourselves in Feb but your website isn’t recognising the IMEI number and Iv spoken to you 3 times on the phone. Keep getting told to go on the website! Please help!!

    @EE It goes from bad to worse!!!! Just waited 10 mins to be served in Sainsburys Emersons green only to be ignored and the guy jumps to the young lad who just walked in. On way to O2. Highly advise to stay away from EE folks!

    @EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @EE I called 2 weeks ago to cancel my mum’s mobile contract as she passed away. Today my dad has received a refund cheque in her name. Any idea how I can sort this? Her bank account is closed and it’s not a great idea addressing a cheque to someone I’ve informed you is dead.

    @kiki_delivers_2 @EE When the translink app crashes, I always had to quit & reinstall it, but when trying to board a bus or train etc it is time sensitive. meant I either had to pay twice or miss that service while the app loaded. Often missing the service cus I didn't have cash for it (tech days)

    @EE claims to be the best network provider yet I have horrible service. Can't even use the phone in and around the house and other places as the reception is so poor. No bars. And it's not a temporary issue. It's been the same since the contract started. Not good at all.👎
