@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

  • chris_can67 Christine Candlish (@chris_can67) reported from Strete, England

@EE Don’t bullshit. In what way is this “leading” customer service, and how come you did not apply “small charges” while the law required you not to? This is blatant and egregious profiteering. Shame on you. You will not see a penny of my money.

  • cjpeilow Chris Peilow (@cjpeilow) reported

First day without football distraction and I’ve read about @EE announcing the return of data roaming + the closing down of @BritishCouncil offices abroad. Both alarming - we’re going backwards as a nation here.

  • britsbest Bob Barrows (@britsbest) reported

@EE no other network introduced roaming charges

  • KingAky Aky 🇵🇸 (@KingAky) reported

@EE absolute joke of a decision to charge for roaming in EU after you said you wouldn't. Just showing its all about profit b4 service. Perfect timing as my renewal is up at end of this month.

  • manmanelende williams (@manmanelende) reported

@Antiload @Pauldonny1983 @EE That's the point, It's their decision to rip the costumers off, they don't need to do it and what's worst, they said they where not going to reintroduce roaming charges. It's therefor company greed

  • Scrafflad Paul Scrafton (@Scrafflad) reported

@EE @stephanieb7301 Investment should come from profits not by price gouging your customers, even though it won't affect me as I already have a contract, I will be leaving you on principle when my contract ends. Awful awful decision.

  • LeftRig57257476 Left🇪🇺Right Centrist Rejoiner 3.5% (@LeftRig57257476) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Does your network advertise with Gebeeies?

  • PhilipMGKeith Philip Keith (@PhilipMGKeith) reported

@xiaolongbao_888 @MartinSLewis I was told that I would Not be charged for roaming when I took out my @ee business contract. I made sure I asked. Surely I have grounds to cancel the contract?

  • ashleymanoff Ashley Manoff (@ashleymanoff) reported

@EE @Kb19031160 Gone back on not charging timing costs. Actually the only operator to do so at the moment. Bloody disgusting profiteering. Really poor show
