Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@Weremoco @EE yeah even if you got good signal if something else is on same channel your get collisions on the network that will make packet loss, why I cable everything in a can. As for work VPN I know your pain there !

@MarcAllera @bt_uk @EE I moved house on the 27th Nov and BT were schedule for Saturday the 28th Nov. At the 11th hour you cancelled and reset the date for today 10th Dec. Today we got service but our neighbours lost service and we got their number. I waited 5 hours for a response help!
