    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    So that’s my @EE bill gone up by 20 quid! *******. Now paying 10 quid on my phone bill and £10 on a device I don’t even ******* use cause I was roped into getting and get told something different every time I call about lowering the plan. Defo changing providers when I can. 😑

    @Baker_BCFC @EE I was stuck abroad during the Covid period and wasn't able to access my mail and account. Couldn't reach out to EE as they'd deactivated my roaming service. However, I know they stopped 3G in January 23 but still continue to charge me. shocking.

    @EE How do I get a refund for the really poor broadband we have here? Your trying to fix the issue but this just keeps on happening and you charge way too much for such poor broadband. It's actually off right now! It's been off at least twice this morning. Refund please!

    @Baker_BCFC @EE I have 2 phone lines with them. one for me and one for the wife. 3G ended in January but EE still charge me for them. Absolutely shocking how they love to take money but fail to provide you services in your best interest.

    @EE I have been with you for 15+ years. You have just put up my phone bill and yet now my phone signal hasn’t been working since Friday. I understand you have network problems but I’m currently paying for a service that I haven’t got. Not best pleased to be honest.
