@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@jenlion @EE I’m with them. Went to one of their shops in October to upgrade. Was shown a dummy version of a phone as they couldn’t show you or provide the phone in store. While the customer asst. was away from the desk, I found the same deal online but cheaper by £10 a month. Crazy.

@EE hey chaps, I'm wondering if this is some sort of ploy? When I'm logged in and try to upgrade, I'm told the online shop is down...but it's perfectly accessible when I'm logged out, I can even get to checkout! Looks like you're more interested in new customers than loyal ones.

@jenlion @EE Jenny when I was logged out I got cheaper deals but when I logged in as an existing customer I got more expensive deals! I tweeted them and they did have to ring me but it was over in about 10 mins!

@EE I'm trying to work from home using my mobile as a hotspot because of the constant connection drops, I don't have time to have the broadband team walk me through the steps I've already taken again and then refer to openreach It's not an openreach issue it's clearly the router 1/2
