@jenlion @EE I’m with them. Went to one of their shops in October to upgrade. Was shown a dummy version of a phone as they couldn’t show you or provide the phone in store. While the customer asst. was away from the desk, I found the same deal online but cheaper by £10 a month. Crazy.

  • jenlion Jenny Ryan (@jenlion) reported

@EE hey chaps, I'm wondering if this is some sort of ploy? When I'm logged in and try to upgrade, I'm told the online shop is down...but it's perfectly accessible when I'm logged out, I can even get to checkout! Looks like you're more interested in new customers than loyal ones.

  • RACHW39 Stargirl81 (@RACHW39) reported

@jenlion @EE Jenny when I was logged out I got cheaper deals but when I logged in as an existing customer I got more expensive deals! I tweeted them and they did have to ring me but it was over in about 10 mins!

@EE I'm trying to work from home using my mobile as a hotspot because of the constant connection drops, I don't have time to have the broadband team walk me through the steps I've already taken again and then refer to openreach It's not an openreach issue it's clearly the router 1/2
