    @UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

    @EE Called the support and kept the same unlimited plan. As he mentioned without a change the plan would repeat

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    Why is my phone signal on @EE always so poor? Can only get 2 bars and it’s making the battery drain much quicker too

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @EE is there a way I can get in touch with customer services if I don’t know the account phone number. I havnt pod my bill because I’d like to cancel the contract that is no longer use shut impossible to speak to someone

    @EE Had issues with my data since the early hours of this morning but can somehow still text. I’ve had 5G but nothing was loading then kept getting an E symbol. Can only tweet now to ask as I’m using public Wi-Fi

    I know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

    @JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

    @EE I’ve tried DM but got the standard automatic reply - I think you have a problem as my Husband and I both use EE and neither can phone out on our phones using Wi-Fi calling or 3G etc

    @EE great work guys. Advertise an offer that closes at midnight tonight, then start a pre-planned maintenance outage at 2200. That’s quite a few sales scuppered I’ll wager.

    @EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service

    @EE 20 years a customer and spend a fortune each month . Just cancelled my upgrade after being lied to by sales staff !! Tried to resolve over the phone but EE do not want to retain me !! So big you no longer care for your customers .... I’m off to look for a bee provider !!!!

    @EE I've just disconnected from my broadband (@HyperopticCS ) and it's allowed me to connect on my phone, so I think it's an issue with them! Sorry to be a pest!

    @EE hello is the NHS employee unlimited data actually unlimited? Our Internet is broken in my house and we don’t know when it’s getting fixed, I work from home, so worried it will cut out!

    @AdamBak29805537 @KingDreMMA @EE It's down to getting them booked in. There is only limited stock and will be till 2022 and Sony will have deals with companies like game, amazon and currys so they obviously will fire stock to them first. It will then be fired out to other retailers 1/2

    @EE Have you got service issues in the DN35 area? I've been cut off a works conference call and now it won't stay connected long enough to reach my GP. Online service check shows no issues

    @EE Hi Team EE... we logged a ticket for our Broadband earlier this Evening. The engineer tweaked somethin and it was OK for a while... but still having issues with it dropping frequently. It's currently online, but in at 35.95Mbps, usually nearer 75. Can anyone help?
