Isn’t it strange after making a phone call to EE about a phone upgrade I’m getting loads of adverts over on twatbook for yes you guessed EE phone upgrades WTF my phone is spying on me it’s becoming like George Orwell’s 1984 **** off @EE

Getting very bored and angry at the service response rate from @EE 😡 the only thing consistent with their #broadband is the daily drop off rates. Due to have an engineer out this AM but it’s a no-show. We’ve spoken to many lovely people there but no one takes responsibility 😡

@EE why is coulby newham in Middlesbrough having a mass outage issue, I can’t get a internet signal anywhere, the post code checker says it’s an known issue but does not show any updates, do you have any

@EE really disappointed, 2 contracts and unwanted phones sold to my elderly parents , who have been loyal customers for years , now left confused and stuck with phones they didn’t want !! No one will help …. Apparently no cooling off time any longer either ! Shame on you EE

@EE Hi Russ. I switched from EE to BT in Sep and have been using their broadband since. It seems from speaking to your cust service there was an issue with closing down the account so EE continued to charge the £40pm despite not being the service provider

@EE I've never asked for offers via text and I sent a stop message too which should include silly bill text messages being stopped. The automated bill messages come across bothersome.

@EE Thanks for your reply. One of us has a WiFi calling capable phone, the other not. However what's really needed is for @EE to do something about the historically poor signal strength in this area - very poor, despite the claims on your coverage maps
