@freesat_tv Well, I guess I'm kissing goodbye to Satellite TV as the channels I was able to watch yesterday are no longer available. It just tells me I have no signal and scanning results in nothing.. Back to Freeview and catch-up I go.

@FuudBlog Dunno about Virgin but when you cancel Sky, the box still works as a Freeview box - just with the recording and catch-up services disabled. Never had Virgin TV (never lived in an area where it's available) so dunno if its possible with one of theirs - but worth checking?

@continuouzly Sorry about this, are you accessing My5 via a Freeview Play device? We are aware of problems playing content on these devices and are hoping to get an update released this week that we believe will resolve this issue.

@richhiggins Apparently other brands have also had their issues. Seems mad. Maybe FreeView Play being greedy?!

Disappointing you very rarely get decent slasher films on Freeview channels. I’d love to see the original 1974 black Christmas and you just thought someone over Christmas might show it that year after year they never do.

@Caitcrafter @BT Hi, Freeview is the system BT use but I don't know enough about this as business do not currently offer the service. My colleagues in Residential @BT_UK do so I have tagged them in to reply if they can help. Thank you for highlighting this

@DDunshaggin @Iromg Wish I could get my mum to tune in, however my plank of a father would only keep turning up the BBC or the other rubbish he watches on the Freeview idiot lantern to drown it out. He's like a junkie now for his fix of daily misinformation since March.

@JohnPaynter1970 @russty_russ I don't know, Freeview's been successful. The main problem was OnDigital did next to none market research as demonstrated by paying too much for football league rights which garnered zero views for most matches. Only success was Monki but no-one was buying it just for that.
