Only reason I mentioned that song (Tarzan Boy) is because I've been watching a lot on NOW 80s on Freeview channel 83. I didn't realise that apart from some good songs, how much crap there was as well in the 80s 😂

@redparaman @colinbrazierGBN I have a fairly new LG and the Freeview app came pre-installed, but won't I need a fv aerial for it, it's not going to load anything just because an Internet connection is there, I've never loaded fv before, don't know how it works, I use streaming apps for all media.

@Mikalisyid My contract with Sky ended last month & I never renewed. 17 years a customer & I finally had enough. We have Amazon Prime, Netflix, Freeview & so far we’ve literally not noticed it gone as a family. I had the full Sky Q package for £65 so did have a good deal but glad it’s gone.

@tomhunt1988 The real answer is to end the licence fee and either get the BBC to take adverts or become a subscription based service, most people chose whether to pay for Sky, Netflix or Amazon etc, why must we be forced by law to pay for the BBC just to watch "Freeview"? #DefundTheBBC
