@Sonic_Sinclair @bbcmicrobot Technically it is, there's support for it in DVB. There's several channels on DVB satellite that uses it, not sure there's any on freeview. Certainly all the original services shutdown or moved to MHEG. The BBC mheg service was incredible but that's shutdown now too 🙁

Not at all surprised to find that @itvx is a pile of rubbish. Not integrated into Freeview Play's TV guide, no Channel list in the app's UI, so using it for catch up is a pain in the neck. Didn't they do any usability tests? Unbelievably bad. That's if it loads... #itvx

@TonyB2929 Hello Tony, Do you have a screenshot of the issue (or a video) so we can better understand what's going on? What model is your Samsung TV? Are you using Freeview or any other service to watch our content? Thanks!

@ITVXhelp @Loochst3r Apparently, due to last minute technical issues, could be a few weeks before ITVX is available on some Freeview boxes, eg Manhattan.

Evening tweeps! Got a conundrum - my aerial socket doesn't work and I keep missing the cricket. Freeview app doesn't work on Chromecast and indoor rabbit ears work minimally. What am I supposed to do to get free to air tv? Only option I can think of is stream from phone or lappy

@AnnalisaB Don't confine yourself to new crap Christmas films, Annalisa -check out 'Great Movies Christmas' at Channel 52 on Freeview, which usually starts its Christmas season in early November. There's enough Christmas dross on there, 24 hours a day, to last you two braindead lifetimes!😳
