Watching Porridge on Freeview classic 70’s BBC comedy brilliantly funny and clever comedy . Such a difference to all the dumbed down American television served up on Netflix these days

@greatmoviesuk I’ve been watching GreatMovies Christmas since it launched for this year and it’s just disappeared mid-movie this evening. It returned but with a split screen. Unplugged tv & still had the issue so I auto retuned & now channels 51 AND 49 don’t exist on my freeview!

  • AvifaunaLux2 Avi Lux 2 🌸 (@AvifaunaLux2) reported

@louisebentley10 I've never seen and I missed it if it came up on Freeview. It never seems to air on Freeview now. I don't subscribe to paid services/streaming. I wish whatever channel aired it would show it again.

If anybody wants to know why YouTube is so popular just take a look at FreeView and the old very old programs and films stacked with Adds that work as though subliminal messaging! 1hr program 20mins plus crap! 😡

  • MadenRon Ron Maden (@MadenRon) reported

@rahim94 I don't know anyone with Netflix, Amazon or any streaming service. They're either unhappy with freeview or slightly happy with freesat and their catchup services!

  • richhol99 Richard Hollingworth (@richhol99) reported

@Freeview Advice 22 channels tuned (no HD) at a very low signal level (~10% indicated on TV), some break up in Northallerton. Surely it should be better than this at only 12miles to Bilsdale? The system is not letting me DM you with postcode and number.

  • brianwinteruk Brian Winter (@brianwinteruk) reported from Hipswell, England

@dannysavage @yorkshireladtv It's channels that are text services, teletext holidays is one, or use the Internet to show programmes that are not transmitted over the Freeview UHF network.

  • CooroSnowFox 🦊 Auro D. Hikoshi 🦊 (@CooroSnowFox) reported

@deathbyjulmust I never really cared and they were always on the the channel before freeview was a thing.
