@Tim_Pilcher Me. I watch documentaries. Which is why I'm on Sky, best service for them. Now I'm pissed off because I'm likely to lose Sky because my sheltered housing scheme system is faulty. And Swindon Borough Council aren't likely to fix it. I'm going to be stuck with Freeview. 😱😱😱

@tstrachanedit I used to watch it every weekend when it was on freeview but could never justify the spend when it went behind a paywall. Couldn’t beat having a lazy Saturday with endless cuppa’s and just tv. Good times!

  • Scarlet40973002 Scarlett (@Scarlet40973002) reported

@Plusnet Hi, all my youview channels have disappeared, leaving just the freeview ones. Isn't this early as I thought the TV service was being removed on 1st November?

@darrengrimes_ Just a reminder. The License fee is a tax on watching live TV. You pay the tax is you watch most live tv on most platforms (sky, Virgin, Freeview etc.) The tax is used to help pay for the BBC tv, web, radio but it's nothing to do with specifically watching the BBC

  • sufc4ever leghc (@sufc4ever) reported

@robertlargan Freeview and DAB radio would be good too, especially poor in Chinley area

  • SkyNews Sky News (@SkyNews) reported

⏰ #COP26 is now only days away. But what should world leaders be focusing on? Present problems or future challenges? We'll be discussing this on the #DailyClimateShow with @Dr_Gilbz and @StanleyPJohnson. 🕡6:30pm 📺Sky 501/Freeview 233

@FreeviewAdvice is there a problem with freeview signal in the CH62 area ?

  • SandraRankin_UK Sandra (@SandraRankin_UK) reported

@thursdaysangelx Virgin Media and Freeview also have it but it would depend on what content they buy into. From what I have seen it tends to be older shows. You never know, it’s not a channel I watch that much.

  • JohnLoony John Cartwright (@JohnLoony) reported

Watching #TheThing (1982) on the Horror channel (Freeview 68). No matter how many dozens of times I watch this movie, the stupid arrogant American scientists never seem to learn to just kill the dog in the first place. You would have thought they might have learnt by now.
