@FreeviewTV @FreeviewAdvice I have a new Amazon fire stick tv. Can I get Freeview. I would like to get the menu so I can see what is live on tv (not just My5). Can you help please. I have iPlayer and it hub but don’t want to go into lots of apps

having freeview/sky before all of the tv’s automatically switched to freeview, i only ever had 4 channels on a massive box tv also having takeaways, my family never had takeaways where it was the norm for my friends

@FreeviewAdvice Have been having trouble with my freeview since 8th March 2023. Before that the reception on all channels was perfect. Suddenly the picture is cracking up and going slow. It is not very bad but it is not as perfect as it was. The sound is a bit affected too.

@JeremyVineOn5 No. They provide the Freeview network, are there to inform us in an unbiased way without undue influence from vested interests. Rupert Murdoch could never do that nor any of his successors.

@FABSITEUK Do you watch any TV? If you watch or record TV on any channel via any TV service (e.g. Sky, Virgin, Freeview, Freesat), you need to be covered by a TV Licence.

The bonus to this is less equipment & remotes needed as old TV had no freeview & HDMI selector as only had 1 HDMI input. Tho the old Firestick really is slow compared to the newer one I use in the livingroom. Old TV will go off to charity later.

I didn't think I could watch the Oscars cos I don't have Sky Showcase, was about to turn the tv off, thought I'd try Sky Arts (its on Freeview so I can get that channel) on the off chance its on there and it is, I've never watched the Oscars before just seen clips #Oscars

@JosephScotland @OlafStar @TiceRichard Optional if you NEVER watch any live t.v on any device that includes YouTube Amazon Freeview Channel4 More4 And more Not very "optional" is it It's a tax to watch the telly plain and simple and is now outdated
