    @giffgaff @O2 Dear both,I have(yet again)been experiencing no 3G despite having 1.8GB left for this month. I get a message that says ‘your iPhone is not connected to the internet’ whenever my 3G is on. Please tell me this is not a repeat of the widespread issues like last month🙃

    @BradShort My experience with Smarty was heavily throttled downloads and poor signal. About as bad as GiffGaff.

    @Adam_Creme @robotmaths I found Giffgaff data to be very slow. Runs off the O2 network. Their customers get first dibs, then Tesco mobile, so you are at the bottom. I'm with Vodafone, who aren't the cheapest, but are pretty reliable.

    Information on #giffgaff for @bbcradio4 for 2 years giffgaff insisted that my address had 4G coverage(through O2 network). Eventually through OFCOM they admitted that O2 mast for my area was not 4G enabled! Extremely difficult to resolve issues.

    Utterly DISGUSTED by how @Google @gmail,@giffgaff and @RevolutApp are COMPLETELY IGNORING a really bad case of phishing!Accounts and thousands of money stolen, in 3 days nothing happened and my friend’s accounts are still not blocked. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICES!SHAME! @pontifail

    @BBCRadio4 #YouandYours I left @Giffgaff because data service was veeeerrryyy slow. Anotger customer told my this us because the so they get their supply from prioritize their direct costumers over giffaff customers which leads to a 2nd rate service

    @BBCRadio4 #youandyours I love giffgaff. Been with them 6 years. They have agents who will resolve issues promptly as well as the giffgaff community. They charged me twice or my post bag one month, but it was immediately refunded and I was also given a free month. @giffgaff
